Meet Andrew! He is three years old and battled Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

At just 16 months old, Andrew was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, and his family was given a poor prognosis due to the aggressive nature of his cancer’s subtype.

After being included in a Children’s Oncology Group Trial, which took a closer look at his specific mutation, it was determined he was responding to his chemotherapy and would not need a bone marrow transplant. For the better part of 2021, he and his family spent their time in the hospital while undergoing his aggressive treatments. He continually visits the doctor for bloodwork and checkups to monitor his overall health and for any effects caused by his harsh treatments.

Andrew is an outgoing little guy! He is sassy, loving, goofy, and full of joy. It’s almost impossible to walk past him without receiving one of his squishy hugs!

Andrew was recently in our 2023 King of Prussia Fashion Funds the Cure event and walked the runway during his Dream Walk as a Train Conductor!
