Meet King! He is nine years old and battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

At just two years old, King was diagnosed with a rare and deadly combination of high-risk Leukemia and a blood disease, G6PD. G6PD is lifelong, and there is no cure. After his diagnosis, King endured daily chemotherapy treatments for 3 ½ years.

King’s battle has not been easy. He’s had countless blood and platelet transfusions and spinal taps and has nerve damage and leukoencephalopathy from the toxicity of the chemo. The scariest part of the chemotherapy treatment is that it can cause secondary cancer and chronic long-term side effects.

King is an asset to his community. He volunteers and advocates to raise money for and spread awareness about childhood cancer. King is the first child to have a VIP tour and ring the bell at the New York Stock Exchange.

King was in our 2022 King of Prussia Fashion Funds the Cure event and walked the runway during his Dream Walk as a Chef!
