Meet Gabria! She is eight years old and battled Medulloblastoma.

Gabria began losing her balance and having double vision just before her 7th birthday. Ultimately, a CT scan of her brain was ordered, which revealed a tumor. Gabria was immediately transferred to a children’s hospital and underwent an 8-hour surgery. After recovering from surgery, she began radiation therapy and four rounds of grueling chemotherapy. The last round took the largest toll on her, taking months to recover.

She continues to receive quarterly MRIs of her brain and spine, which also require a lumbar puncture. Through it all, she remains positive and wears a smile. She is determined to win the battle against cancer and has accepted that the journey has shaped who she is today.

Gabria is sweet, sassy, caring, and loves to have fun! She spends her time baking, riding her bike, and crafting.

Gabria was recently in our 2023 Ferraris and Fashion Funds the Cure event and walked the runway during her Dream Walk as a Teacher!
