Meet Ben! He is six years old and is battling Neuroblastoma.

Benny’s cancer journey began when he was just 18 months old. Even though the Neuroblastoma was caught early, his tumor rapidly progressed six months later, significantly worsening his condition. He immediately began stage IV treatment which included two invasive surgeries, eight rounds of in-patient chemotherapy, two rounds of MIBG therapy, 17 rounds of in-patient immunotherapy, 20 fractions of radiation, one year of maintenance chemo, seven vaccines over a year to prevent relapse, and years of continued Physical Therapy.

Benny continues dealing with late-term treatment effects such as Kyphosis, Scoliosis, and Adrenal Insufficiency.

He is just as spunky and fun as any 6-year-old, and some of his favorite hobbies include video games, fishing, and traveling around the country.

Benny was recently in our 2022 St. Petersburg Fashion Funds the Cure event and walked the runway during his Dream Walk as a Captain America!
