Meet Alison! She is nine years old and battled Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia.

In July 2020, Ali was experiencing low-grade fevers that were first thought to be a virus. Her parents took her to the emergency room when virtual appointments yielded no results. She was initially diagnosed with multisystem inflammatory syndrome, a side-effect of Covid, and was transported to Nemours for treatment. After two days and more tests, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Ali underwent 800 days of treatment and still frequently visits the hospital for check-ups.

She is a kind, caring girl who loves taking special needs kindergartners under her wing. She likes playing with her sister, doing crafts, drawing, and American Girl dolls.

Ali was recently in our 2023 King of Prussia Fashion Funds the Cure event and walked the runway during her Dream Walk as a Pediatrician!
