What is the Tournament Timeline?

ANGLER REGISTRATION:
Open now through September 28th, 2019

FISHING TOURNAMENT:
Beginning at 7:00 am (eastern) on Saturday, April 6th, 2019 and ending on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 at 12:00 pm (eastern).

AWARD CEREMONY:
Saturday, September 28th, 2018 – 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Ceremony will be broadcast on Facebook Live

What are the Tournament Rules?

  • You may drop your line in from any location at 7:00 am eastern time beginning on Saturday, April 6th, 2019.
  • The tournament ends promptly at 12:00 pm eastern time on Saturday, September 28th, 2019.
  • You may fish from the shore, docks, seawalls, boats, bridges, rivers, streams, etc.
  • All catches must be uploaded in the iAngler app by 12:00 pm eastern on Saturday, September 28th, 2019.

What Species are Eligible?

Cutthroat
Largemouth Bass
Bluegill (Bream)
Rainbow Trout
Sea Trout
Snook
Red Drum (Redfish)
Flounder
Striped Bass
Black Crappie

What Awards are there?

1st Place: $500 (Per Species)
2nd Place: $300 (Per Species)
3rd Place: $200 (Per Species)

***Awards total $10,000 in prize money***

How is Scoring Kept?

The iAngler app will be used to score the All American Sunshine Fishing Tournament.

How will judging commence?

Winners will be determined by the following criteria:

  • Total inches of the largest of the eligible species caught
  • In case of a tie, the earliest fish logged will win
  • The Judge’s count is final
